Bear Pot Roast
This is a family favorite. We eat this at least once a week. You can substitute deer or moose meat or a beef roast. Set in the morning in your crockpot and come home to a full dinner.
One large bear roast
One small bag of carrots
One bag of small potatoes (yellow or red)
One can of mushroom soup
One package of Lipton Onion & Mushroom soup mix
One can of water
Put into a crockpot that has been lined with a Reynolds crockpot liner for easy cleanup. Put in the bear roast. Season if you want; I don’t. Pour mushroom soup and spread over roast. Sprinkle on soup mix. Add carrots and potatoes. Pour in water. Cover and cook for 8 hours.
